Return Policy

All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery in an unopened original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at or 1-877-249-0229. If your return is accepted and is as a result of our error, we’ll set up a return via our courier company, as well as provide authorization and instructions on how to prepare and return the package. If the return is as of customers error, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice they appeared on.

Incomplete returns will not be honored and items will not be reshipped to customer!


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your account. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund, generally with 5 to 10 business days.
